Chicken 65/சிக்கன் 65

This is a favorite recipe of my mukul. The plate just get over in a second. They does not need a particular time to have this. They start eating by the side I am preparing this.

  • Chicken boneless/சிக்கன் போன்லெஸ் – 500 gm
  • Egg/முட்டை – 1
  • Chilly powder/மிளகாய் தூள் -2 tbspn
  • Turmeric powder /மஞ்சள் தூள் – a pinch
  • Garam masala /கரம் மசாலா – 1 tspn
  • Chicken 65 powder/சிக்கன் 65 கொடி-2 tbspn
  • Crushed ginger garlic paste /இடிச்ச இஞ்சி பூண்டு விழுது – 1 tbspn
  • Freshly Crushed pepper/மிளகு இடித்து – 1 tspn
  • Salt/உப்பு – as taste
  • Oil/எண்ணெய் -for deep frying


Clean the chicken well and take in a wide bowl/சிக்கனை நன்கு கழுவி சுத்தம் செய்து எடுத்து கொள்ளவும்.

Add all the ingredients one by one and marinate well. Let it sit for 15 minutes /மேலே கூறப்பட்டுள்ள அனைத்து பொருட்களை சேர்த்து பிரட்டி வைத்து கொள்ளவும். அதை 15 நிமிடம் ஊற விடவும்.

Take oil for deep frying. Once oil gets heated put some pieces into the oil and deep fry till gets cooked. /சிக்கன் ஐ பறிப்பதற்காக தேவைப்படும் எண்ணெய் ஊற்றி காய்ந்ததும் சிக்கன் துண்டுகளை போட்டு பொறித்து எடுக்கவும்.
